We provide trenching and conduit installation services in urban and rural areas. Our specialty is micro-trenching which provides for safer and faster deployments in all but the rarest of urban requirements.
Fibre blowing
Once the microducts are installed, InFibre-Africa utilises Air-blown fibre as the method of installing fibre optic cables. This relies on the flow of compressed air easing the fibre all the way to its destination - sometimes 4km away.
Overhead fibre
Our team is specially equipped to deploy overhead/aerial fibre. Certified C-Green, and working at heights, with certified flagmen, we can deploy using the Moving Reel, Stationary Reel or other methods.
Splicing, terminations and OTDR's
MOLTECH africa provides the complete range of splicing/joining and termination services regardless of the application.
Our fibre engineers have years of experience and we use best practises to ensure quality splicing resulting in extremely low signall losses.
All testing is completed with OTDR's (optical time domain reflectometers).
Drilling & boring
MOLTECH africa provides drilling and boring services specifically for fibre and rail projects. A speciality service, our teams have been trained for under-road, under-rail and under-water crossings.
Medical Services
Provision of SADC paramedics for single site prevention/reaction including with medical vehicle support.
Bulk Fuel Supply
In certain locations for projects with a large fuel requirement, provision of fuel at discounted rates can be available.
Perway
Our Perway services are extensive and include: under rail construction, ballast testing, sleeper repairs & installations, rail installation, rail level testing, turn outs, track auditing (geometry), block joint installations, and points installations.
Overhead Transmission (OHTE)
OHTE provides our clients with all the equipment and services for supply, installation and maintenance of electrification from 3kV DC to 50kV AC lines. OHTE teams, as required, work in tandem with Perway, Signalling and Civil teams to ensure efficient, quality and safe works including: OHTE construction and maintenance; transmission line refurbishment & new installations; bonding and earthing, foundation casting, steelwork erection, bundle conductors, high mast lights, mini sub-stations, traction transformers, AC/DC distribution & control panels, and OHTE Audits.
